TERMS

Check-in
Check-in
is normally between 4 – 7 p.m.
We can be flexible, if you let us know in advance.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit may be required. If you use a debit/credit card for the deposit, we won't charge the card until the time of the visit.
Failure
to turn up or cancelation less than one week in advance requires payment for the whole period booked.
Credit
cards/payments
Please note that we make a 2% charge for credit cards. Debit cards do not incur a surcharge.
Check
out
We
ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you have
to wait for a bus or train, you are welcome to use the lounge and conservatory.
