TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in

Check-in is normally between 4 – 7 p.m.  We can be flexible, if you let us know in advance.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit may be required.

Failure to turn up or cancelation less than one week in advance requires payment for the whole period booked.

Credit cards/payments

Please notice that we are unable to accept credit cards just yet. Payment is by UK cheque or cash. There are other arrangements for Non-UK guests. Please contact us about this.  

Check out

We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you have to wait for a bus or train, you are welcome to use the lounge and conservatory.
